Pricing Display Policy
We promise that all customers can understand clearly before applying “how much you will pay,” “when and in what cycle you will be billed,” and “what are the cancellation and renewal conditions.”
We present prices honestly and clearly, without relying on exaggerated or misleading displays.
1. Definition of Terms
We clearly define the following terms in our pricing display.
Monthly (Monthly Rate): Amount billed each month
Annual (Annual Lump Sum): Amount paid as a lump sum for one year
Monthly Equivalent: Reference display calculated by dividing the total of annual payments (annual lump sum) etc. by 12
Initial / First Year / Limited Period: Price applied only for a certain period
Additional Charges: Costs that may occur outside the basic rate (options, overage charges, fees, etc.)
2. Basic Principles of Pricing Display (Our Promise)
2-1. When displayed as “monthly rate,” it is the monthly payment rate
When we display a price as “monthly rate ◯◯ yen,” it is the monthly rate for monthly payment (billing each month).
We do not display the monthly equivalent of an annual lump sum payment prominently as the monthly rate.
2-2. For annual (annual lump sum) payments, we always list both the “total amount” and “billing cycle”
When presenting annual (annual lump sum) payments, we display the following on the same screen and in the same flow of understanding:
Annual Amount (Total): ◯◯ yen/year
Billing Cycle: Once per year (renewed annually)
Reference: Monthly Equivalent ◯◯ yen (※Reference Display)
※”Monthly Equivalent” must be clearly marked as a “reference” and worded so as not to be confused with the monthly payment rate.
3. Display Rules to Prevent Misleading (Design and Information Layout)
We do not hide important pricing information in positions or expressions that are easily skipped over.
Important conditions (billing cycle, total amount, renewal conditions, applicable period)
are not confined to small footnotes or the edges of pricing tablesWhen displaying monthly and annual payments side by side,
we do not make one of them stand out extremelyPrice preconditions (first year only, etc.)
are not delayed until a point where misunderstanding could occurTo avoid situations like “it turned out to be annual payment / it turns out monthly payment is more expensive” right before application,
we make this clear at an early stage of the application flow
4. Transparency of Additional Charges and Exception Fees
We do not hide “costs that may not be included in the basic rate.”
We disclose the following in advance.
Optional charges
Conditions under which additional charges may apply (e.g., exceeding limits, additional resources, etc.)
Conditions under which fees may apply (e.g., differences by payment method, etc.)
Conditions and calculation method in case of refunds or settlements
※To avoid “unexpected billing,” conditions for additional charges can be confirmed on the pricing page or before application.
5. Clarification of Auto-Renewal, Cancellation, and Refunds
To prevent misunderstandings specific to subscriptions, we clarify the following.
Whether auto-renewal applies (if so, the timing of renewal)
Cancellation method (steps and timing of reflection)
Handling after cancellation (how long it remains available, whether pro-rata billing applies, etc.)
Refund availability / conditions (if applicable, procedures and scope of coverage)
6. Consistency of Pricing Information (On-site and Off-site)
We promise that pricing information does not appear to vary by location.

Advertisements and external postings (where possible)
We regularly review the above to ensure that display standards and conditions are consistent.
7. Policy on External Sites, Comparison Articles, and Affiliate Programs
When external sites introduce our rates, we recommend the following to prevent misunderstandings:
Clear distinction between “monthly payment,” “annual payment,” and “monthly equivalent”
Disclosure of first-year and campaign conditions
Reference to the basis of pricing (official pricing page)
※We may not be able to fully control how external sites express our information. Please let us know if you spot any displays that could be misleading.
8. Continuous Improvement and Revisions
This charter will be continuously improved based on user feedback and changes in the social environment.
When revisions are made, the content and revision date will be clearly stated.
