Sales Price (Service Consideration) #
Displayed on the application screen and pricing table for each service/plan.
- Monthly/annual rates, hourly billing, initial fees, optional fees, etc.
- Displayed prices are stated excluding tax as a general rule. If otherwise indicated, it will be clearly shown on the application screen.
Costs Required Beyond Product Price #
- Internet connection charges, communication fees (customer’s responsibility)
- Bank transfer: transfer fees (customer’s responsibility)
- For domains/SSL, etc.: additional fees may apply as determined by registries/certificate authorities, etc. (clearly displayed on the application screen)
- Integration/on-site work, etc.: actual costs such as transportation, accommodation, and admission fees may apply (indicated in advance estimate or individual contract)
Payment Methods #
Payment shall be made using methods displayed on the application screen.
(Examples: bank transfer, PayPal, Stripe, etc. *varies by service)
Payment Timing #
- Credit card/PayPal/Stripe, etc.: Payment is confirmed at the time of order (application).
- Bank transfer: Please pay within 3 days of application, or by the renewal date (deadline) for renewal requests. If payment is not confirmed by the deadline, the application may be canceled.
- For recurring charges (subscriptions) such as monthly/annual: automatic payment (or renewal request) occurs on the renewal date. If canceled before renewal, no subsequent billing will occur.
Service Provision Timing (Delivery Timing) #
Cloud/VPS/GPU-VPS/Reseller, etc. (Client Portal Services) #
After payment confirmation, we provide access in a state ready for use, principally within several minutes to 1 business day.
(Provision may be delayed due to required reviews, high-traffic periods, or configuration details)
Domain Registration/Transfer/Renewal, SSL Certificates #
After payment confirmation, procedures will generally commence. Processing by external organizations (registries/registrars/certificate authorities, etc.) may result in delays until completion of provision.
Integration/Implementation Support/Custom Development/Consulting, etc. (Individual Projects) #
Delivery dates and implementation dates are determined according to individual estimates and contracts (NDA/service agreements, etc.).
Provision Method (Delivery Method) #
- Provision through the client portal, notification by email, or by methods designated by us
- Integration/on-site work, etc.: on-site support, online meetings, electronic delivery of deliverables, etc. (according to individual contract)
Application Validity Period #
- If bank transfer is selected: Please pay within 3 days of application.
- Services accompanied by estimates: If the estimate specifies a validity period, that provision shall apply.
Sales Quantity Restrictions and Provision Conditions #
- Some services such as GPU-VPS may have limited availability due to inventory/equipment conditions.
- Each plan’s limits (CPU/memory/bandwidth/storage, etc.) and usage restrictions are subject to the application screen, specification page, and terms of use.
Cancellation (Application Withdrawal/Termination) #
Client Portal Services (Subscriptions) #
- Cancellation can be requested through the client portal (follow the portal instructions for application methods).
- Cancellation generally takes effect through applications submitted by the day before the next renewal date, treated as “no next renewal (renewal suspension)”.
- Regarding already-paid service fees, refunds are generally not provided unless attributable to reasons for which we bear responsibility.
*However, if refund conditions are defined for a specific service, such display or the terms of use shall take precedence.
Domain/SSL #
- Cancellation may not be possible after procedures have commenced (registration/transfer/renewal applications, certificate issuance requests, etc.).
- Due to the nature of external organizations, refunds may not be possible (subject to application screen, terms of use, and each provision condition).
Integration/Individual Projects #
- Cancellation, schedule change, and mid-contract termination conditions are subject to individual contracts (fees may apply after work commences).
Returns and Exchanges #
Due to the nature of digital services, returns are not possible after provision has commenced.
Where goods sales are involved, conditions in each product page and terms of use shall apply.
Defects and Faults (Contract Non-Conformity) #
If services cannot be provided due to reasons for which we bear responsibility, we may take measures such as alternative solutions, recovery procedures, fee reductions/refunds, etc., in accordance with the terms of use.
Operating Environment #
- Use of the client portal requires an internet connection and the latest major browsers (Chrome/Edge/Safari/Firefox, etc.).
- If Cookie/JavaScript is disabled, some applications and management features may not be available.
Notices Regarding Representations and Services #
- Displayed performance values, availability, time to provision, etc., may vary due to equipment conditions, communication environments, processing by external providers, etc.
- Service specifications and conditions may change without notice (display and terms of use at the time of application take precedence).
Special Notes (Order of Precedence) #
When confidentiality agreements (NDAs) or other individual contracts are executed for integration services, implementation support, custom development, consulting, etc., the provisions of such individual contract shall take precedence (provided such does not conflict with applicable law).
